Companies would pay 20% more for energy: Who loses with Petro's proposal?

The goal is to raise approximately $1.2 trillion annually to finance subsidies for households in income strata 1, 2, and 3. While the government maintains that, while it may not seem so, the increase in production costs would be minimal, the business sector maintains that this is not a sustainable proposal and should be studied.
